Problem is that lake doesn't grow big fish because it's practically sterile. No weeds and very unfertile. My brook trout adventures are not very family freindly so this was just a bait-chuckin' keep the kid smilin' kind of outing. I don't think I'd use Powerbait for brook trout.[/quote]
Good on ya! Great place for a family outing... I have caught one at 17" out of there trolling a lucky craft but that was a couple years back...
