I don't know the actual weight of my toons but it depends upon how loaded down they are. If just empty with only the rack and motor mount on it, light and easy. If totally loaded down then not at all. The frames of my toons are aircraft aluminum and the pontoons are on one vulcanized truck tire tubes and the other more modern material. So each one is a little different in weight. I always unload the toons then put all the gear on while the toon is sitting in the water. Easier to move around that way. Here are a couple of additional pics.
The second is a little older, I have since rebuilt my motor mount and came up with a better design. But as you can see I wouldn 't want to try to lift it loaded. The third pic is the new rack and motor mount with the toon loaded sitting on the beach ready to go out on the water.
