Stay way clear of those moose. They attack and kill more people than bears and mountain lions combined in North America. My only semi close call with an animal was with a flying moose coming toward me in the Uintas. All the bears and mtn lions I've ever encountered have fled with out any concern for my safety. I also put a tree or other solid object between myself and moose. I saw this handout while visiting Wrangell St Elias Park a couple weeks ago and thought it provided good advise http://www.nps.gov/wrst/planyourvisit/moose-safety.htm
At least the ears on that moose are up and not straight back but I would never push my luck.
