If it's windy, parachute hopper or blue dragon fly. Run a nymph below about 18" and use the dry as an indicator for the nymph. Try wd-40 or an chamios caddis.
In the evening, Elk hair caddis.
Pick a spot and stay put, there are fish there, you just have to be patient.
Check your IM for a special spot I will reveal to you.
