Running the gamut at Newton

Check the stocking report for last year. 3000 channels were stocked if i remember right. And yes the lake got real low back in 01 and 02 or 02 and 03. Cant seem to get my remembery going. When it did though, the fish and game lifted all restrictions. From what i've heard the local farmers and the fish n game came to an agreement on what they can take to prevent this in the future. 1/3 pool is what i was told. Plus i heard about ramp repair this year too so....
