The light on the old south dike at Provo Boat harbor used to be a favorite walleye area in the late 70s thru the mid 80s. I am convinced that light can make a diffeence. In the case of this post seeing the fish cruising and not hitting would be educational and frustrating.Still good call not to stoop to using a live shad to get there attention not to mention the possibility unwanted attention from the local officer.
