what im doing with the jig is just twitching it in the mud on the bottom this stirs up the mud and get those lateral lines on the fish. they love it but the bite is so light that if you are not holding your line in between your finger youll miss them even being there. i have even missed feeling them holding my line while im jigging so any 3 way spliters will not work
