FFM - The Res is in Wyoming on the back way into Mirror. Had to pick up a Wyoming Day pass, sheesh!
We usually will grill them wrapped in tinfoil loaded w/butter and lemon pepper but i've been looking for a little something different to try. How do you bottle them? Don't think I've tried that before.
BC - Yea, I'd been iffy about the place since we'd taken my son there twice during the summer for his last fish on the 'fishing' merit badge and had all gotten skunked both times. I figured what the h@ll though since it was close to where we were. Glad I went [
