Toadly, if you are cited I would go down and take pictures of the surrounding area and prove to the court that there are no signs establishing this area is private, that any citizen could have made that mistake.


I see this allot in court with parking tickets people get cited in areas were there is no parking signs. They bring in pictures of the area and get off
