I would definitely go take pics if the access area wasn't clearly marked, unless there is a plowed field or livestock where you entered you should be able to argue the ticket if you get one. On the other hand, a guy needs to do his homework and find out who, if anyone, owns the land you want to fish on. I went out on friday to a stretch of river I had never fished and all I did was knock on a few doors and found out who owned the property, asked them and was granted access with no problems. It's a lot less hassle than going to court or getting chewed out for being where you're not supposed to be. Guys that ask first usually end up getting access to the land they are wanting to fish and also will get the contact info for adjacent lands as well, it's worked out for me 9 times out of 10 and you end up with a good relationship with the landowners and a good place to get away from the masses. Now if you're looking for hunting access on these same properties in Utah, good luck with it. I hope it all works out for ya.
