I have a question for you, if you don't mind. Judge Pullan did rule in favor of the landowners regarding the question of if the legislature is allowed to regulate the easement and as stated ruled in favor of the anglers with regards to the legislature overstepping its bounds with regards to HB141 "rewriting" an existing court decision. I suspect at the end of the day, some compromise will need to take place to ultimately settle this, but will the court provide guidelines to the legislature and the two parties as to how far the legislature can go or will it be 'trial and error"?
