Fine, disagree, I have government published regulations to back up my assertations.
Wire strand fencing is to control livestock. Case law going back 130 years will back that up in court.
Government erects fences made of wire strand and post.buck and rail on public property to control the movement of livestock. To control the movement of people they use chain link, every time.
Ever been on what you know to be public (Forest or BLM) land and see a fence? It wasn;t chain link, so you would assume that it was OK to pass through.
