CJ STRIKE anyone fishing there?

Man you should have been there when I first got stationed at Mt. Home AFB back in 1966 and returned for 3 more years after a tour in Nam. The fishing was great for the big largemouth, big crappie and decent 9 to 11 in. perch with very few fisherman. No big bass boats in those days. I lived in Grandview and fished the lake 3 to 4 times a week with my little 12 ft. aluminum. I never caught a smallmouth bass back then, just plenty of large mouth with two over 7 lbs. weighed one at Blacksands and one at the Waterfront which use to be one of my favorite watering holes, the Waterfront burned down years ago. Ah! the good ol'days.[fishin]
