Sign into your account, click your username top right of a YouTube page and select My Videos.
Click the "Edit info" button next to the video.
Scroll down and open up the "Syndication" tab under "Broadcasting and Sharing Options".
Select "Yes, make this video available on mobile phones and TV".
Save changes.

Note: If your videos contain any copyrighted material they may be disabled for viewing on mobile devices. This cannot be changed.
