you are correct sir. on a side note, if you enter an establishment such as a bank with a concealed weapon, you will not be arrested. you will be asked to leave the premises immediately which you must do (since its private property) and then you can re-enter once you have secured your weapon.
about the guy walking in to pennys with a rifle.... just because you can do it, does not mean you should.
and finally.... who cares? this would not be such a big deal if the media dident think it was. also, since folks are super sensitive now a days, im sure alot of people that were in that store were going to need a hug from daddy or mommy when they went home because they saw a gun. people are so sensitive sometimes you have to apologize for thanking them because the expect soemthing from you. people are making a big deal out of this for zero reason, hell when i was growing up we kept a shotgun in the truck to go rabbit hunting after school, and im only in my 30's so it was not that long ago, we even had a gun club at my high school.
