There are a lot of options to fish bear lake without sisco , I know cuz I always get out there and remember I left my sisco in the freezer!
Kastmaster will always work. I have caught lakers on blue steel-e-s
And the always faithfull White tube jig 4-6 inches!
These seem to work without any sisco on them!
