They are expensive but they are NOTHING like the boats your looking at. They are a Cataraft. The load limit is WAY WAY above what your looking at. You can get a gas motor mount like mine. Don't put a gas motor on a pontoon like the one your looking at or even a Outcast or bucks. They can't take the load that a gas motor puts out. Each of the pontoons on the steelheader have two compartments. This is an added safety measure for us that don't swim[
]. The Steelheaders are a true whitewater Cataraft that can do duty as a fishing boat. I think of mine as a military Humvee of the inflatable pontoon world. I liked my outcasts they were great boats, and I would do another one for some things. The Steelheader's are expensive but the warranty is 50 years on the frame and 15 years on the pontoons. This level of boat just costs more but you get more. They are a great boat. Ron
