I got the 8" nils last year and now it won't cut. The head on the 8" seams to bend fairly easy. My fishing budy has the same problem. These were both new last year and haven't drilled more than 20 holes. They punch through so fast that it leaves an oblong narrow hole at the very bottem of the ice hole and trying to break that and clear the ice out of the whole I have bent mine twice and now I can't figure how to bend it back so it will cut. I need to send it in to get fixed. Where is the closest place that will fix it and sharpen it? Also: has anyone tried the small blade attachment I think called the power head? It is like a hole starter or pre-drill. I'm going to order a spare head with that. Around $90.00 though.
