Rumors are that Rabbit Gulch is where the trout are and I suggest maniac gazillas for bait. My experience with trout is that they are generally only 5-10' below the ice but last time (month and a half ago) I was at Starvation they were randomly throughout the entire water column on the electronics. Good luck
