Troutbum, paper tournament all the way. No extra fees, no live wells, no stressed out fish, no waiting in line to weigh fish. Simply turn in a paper at the end with the weights added up to be verified, the other angler signs off on it that the lengths are true. A draw for a co-angler would ensure that the competition is fair as every angler would be competing for himself and double checking the length of the fish and the measurement wrote down. Pics would provide proof but we can talk about that later. Fishing solo would only create problems,IMO, but this is not my tournament.
