I would play if its weigh ins not paper tournaments, to much room for cheating.[
] I also think you need to make some rules before you go to much further. As much as I hate to say it if you try to include everyone and everything you are never going to make this a go. Choose the way you want to do your tournament, make some clear rules (does not have to be a bunch) and go. I think with a cheap entry and basically a jackpot style. If you do more than one your going to have to get type 1 permits just from the numbers, unless you
pre-enter and limit numbers.
