Very simple to tell they can't read. Drive the speed limit and watch them pass you. I asked a West Jordan officer at a stop light just recently in a polite manner if officers were allowed to exceed the speed limits even when they weren't in a pursuit. His response was a testy, "Are you looking for trouble?". I had been going east on 9000 S. at the speed limit of 40 MPH and he blew by me going probably close to 50. We happened to wind up side by side at the light on Redwood road.

OHMYGAWD!!! I WISH I HADN'T STARTED THIS THREAD.
