People still fish that place. There are videos on you tube of dudes fishing there. It's probably like an aquarium. I would not be surprised to see giant tropical fish in there.
I fished a tournament with a guy that swares by a frog at times on mead. He pushes up into feeder creeks and fishes shallow, and I mean shallow. He didn't catch one with me, although he did have a blow up. The popper still out fished em. [laugh] Same guy says he slays with the frog on lake havasu. Who knows. I imagine you could go find a striper boil and catch yourself a frogfish.[
