I have fished both Cherry Creek Pond, and the small stream below it. Caught rainbows in the pond itself, and even managed a few small cutts in the very very small stream. On the other side of the pass, I used to catch small browns out of Vernon Creek (Little Valley Creek) above the reservoir. I believe most of that small stream is private property these days, but there is still access to Little Valley Creek up near the old campground....but you have to really fight the overgrowth to get at the stream.
