I must be missing something, UT has people on every launch checking boats, have had for as long as WY has. I've launched from Anvil many times when nobody is around at all. Again, it's one body of water, we need to work together to do what we can. Who cares where the dam is, who cares where more of the lake is, it's one giant reservoir which is one of the best fisheries in both States if we can keep it that way. That does suck that WY isn't going to be planting the Kokes, hopefully that changes soon.
