Maybe I was reading more into the comments of stay out of the WY side if you don't want to pay the 30 bucks you "out of State people", at the same time UT does not take that stance on WY fisherman or boaters. I pay an additional license to fish Wyoming as well. In addition to the 30 bucks for the AIS program. I don't have any issue with it, as I said earlier, I have no idea why UT doesn't do the same thing. The Gorge is one body of water in two States, my statement was directed towards all of us working together instead of digging in their heals and stating how wonderful one State is or isn't compared to the other State. It's not productive.
