Thanks Rileyfish, I fish there at least one weekend a month and sometimes three in the summer time. One thing I have noticed is the WY people know exactly who I am (last year anyways) as they saw me frequently, I usually launch at Anvil. When leaving one day I asked the gal there, if I have water in the livewell (the 1/8" which will not drain out) in the morning will you let me launch knowing that its from here today. The answer was no. There needs to be a little common sense used at times. My boat hasn't been on another water in a few years, if it brings a muscle into the Gorge it came from there to begin with. Depending on how they handle the new inspection points coming into WY I may be launching at Sheep Creek and Lucerne only now. In UT they know me too, as soon as they approach me I tell them that the boat hasn't been in another water in a couple years and I have a place in Manila where the boat stays. They did not check my boat further (likely because they recognize me). There is an inconsistency for sure in how that is handled between the two States. If the WY checkpoints don't open early it will create a lot of PO'd fisherman, but better than muscles in the reservoirs I guess.
