if you have you ais cert. have you boat legally inspected for ais,then lanch your boat at lucerne,then travel a couple of miles into wyoming you can be clited for not having the wyoming 30 dollar ais certificate .all i am saying is whats good for the goose is good for the gander.wyoming is funding its ais program on the backs of utah and other out of state boatersutah should do the same!I've heard plenty on this subject for you wyoming guys,your all for charging any one you can just so you don't fork out the money to pay for your own crap.and it's not insurance it's a freaking tax.also don't act like wyoming residents havn't impacted flaming gorge .
