Utah trout fishing for us... I don't mess with anything in Nevada for the most part anymore.
Panguitch (limit 4 with slot limits) and Kolob (limit 2 with slot limits) for me during the hot summer months to get away from the heat. Minersville (limit 1 with slot limits) is hot right now, but from what I have been hearing fairly crowded. Plus it is not up there in elevation so hot during the summer and no protection from the wind so you get blasted there.
Both Minersville and Kolob can be one day trips. Long but do-able. We always camp when we go to Panguitch. Navajo can be a one day trip too but the main road getting there is iffy year to year plus I never caught anything worthy of spending the $$ or time for a day trip again. (we limited out easily enough but stockers, etc)
