The snowpack is at 67% of normal overall for Utah. Only NE Uintas and SE Utah are above normal :

I drove up Mirror Lake Highway today. Made it to the turnoff for Murdock basin which is roughly 8800 ft. Not a whole lot of snow below that left.
The upper Provo is having a bit of runoff but still fishable if cautious. Nothing like normal for these time of year.
