Pelican or stienaker

A friend of mine lives right there, and fishes it 3-4 times a week, mostly in the evenings. He has been catching 10-25 per night. He has limited fishing tackle with him(he lives in Heber), he has been throwing rattle traps and other various hard baits. (chartruese) mainly by the pumps, on the southeast corner. He said it is hard to access anywhere else, because of the weeds. Good luck, Dan
