Willard Help

Hey, I am taking my wheel-chair bound father fishing on Friday and need a little help. I have never fished Willard Bay before, but I would love to give it a try. I don't have a boat. Any recommendations on where to shore fish? Tackle? I took him to Walsburg a few weeks ago and he landed a couple trout, but the shoreline is a little too steep for the chair. It was not ideal. I was hoping to find a place that he could get close enough and feel comfortable. If I could get him a couple fish, it would make it that much better. If Willard isn't the place, what are your recommendations? He is not into catfish or we would hit UL.
