The reason your "spots" are getting more and more popular isn't because you post pictures, and people are using them to find the honey holes. It's because you make posts in the first place.
From what I understand, it's a highly over looked river in a populated area that was thought to be radio active and void of life. When people read reports of others actually catching fish, that once over looked river turns into a new close to home fishing destination. People aren't as dumb as you might think they can figure out the good spots just like you did. All it takes is a little time and exploring.
Cutler has been the exact same way the past couple of years, partly because of a few who post weekly reports of successful fishing trips. Those reports don't teach others exactly where to go or what to do to slay fish. But they do give them the idea and initiative to go explore for them selves. I don't think this is a bad thing at all. I think it's great people and there kids are out having a good time close to home. But just realize every post you make will bring more people to your spots whether you show pictures or not. If you don't like it, don't post.
