I filled it out and it touched on two of my favorite fishing spots: Scofield and Yuba.
Just a couple of questions about both...
at Yuba: is a catch-and-kill policy being looked at for carp there? I don't know many anglers who don't follow that practice (and whenever I've asked the local rangers down there about it they recommend it). Is that the way we should handle carp?
at Scofield: I am all for the "no rainbow" policy -- given the assumption of the question. Will the limit remain 1 cutt/Tiger over 22"? I would favor bumping it up to 24" with a strong recommendation to C&R all the tigers and cutts caught.
