Just echoing the comments of others that have fished Ririe recently. Put my boat in at 6:00 this evening and got off at dark with limit of Kokanee and partial limit of fat trout. Yes, believe it or not I caught trout in Ririe that were actually fat! One other boat getting off of lake at same time. Both guys had also limits of Koks and their smallest one was about 14 inches, biggest ones were close to 17 inches. We caught our big ones at the 20 to 25 feet deep area. Beautiful warm evening with can you believe it, no wind!
Also, be careful and keep an eye out, there are snakes in the water. We pulled up on a big bull snake swimming across lake and another boat that was getting out at the same time as us showed me a rattler that they had netted and dispatched. Kind of creepy when you see all the people out skiing and boarding already.
