I was wondering if I'm alone in wanting a change in Laker regualtions? I realize this is a pipe dream and the DNR will do whats best for each fishery. I would love to see a mandate of the immediate release of all lake trout over..I dunno "trophy" size lol. I personally let go anything over 10 as I find the little ones taste better and it takes a BIG laker (25-40lbs) many many years to get that big. Correct me if I'm wrong I think its one over 30 some inches now? So it prolly wouldnt change a fishery that much. I just hate seeing a beast at the marina. Turns my stomach. They're will always be the arguement that they can be a once in a lifetime fish. They want a skin mount. Thats a fine arguement. Let me provide a rebuttal. I don't care! LMAO.
