Share your input on fishing license changes

I was talking to a buddy of mine about attending a RAC meeting concerning the whole spear fishing thing but I couldn't find the date of the SLC meetings. I see now that there isn't one. Strange. I work for a living, I have a family, responsibilities, agendas, etc. I don't have time to travel to Springville or Brigham City during the week.
I'm not going to lie, ain't gonna happen. It seems ridiculous that there is not a RAC meeting in Utah's capitol city. I apologize to all those people to who I said "If you don't like then go to a RAC meeting".
