The Wildlife board meets August 21st and 22nd to discuss the exact same items. Looks like they'll get 2 weeks to chew the cud on this one.
Now, any changes to the fishing regulations will take the route that you've mentioned. But you're still welcome to attend the Wildlife Board meeting. They won't be taking new proposals, but will take comments on changes that have been proposed. Been there. Done that.
And again, it ain't just having the largest crowd in attendance. Why is it that some folks think it's okay to have half of the anglers in the state travel 100 miles north to attend a RAC meeting, but it ain't okay for half of the anglers in Salt Lake to drive 50 miles south?
