Looking for a Good Merc Outboard Rebuild Mechanic

Update. I just puled the offending cylinders head off in hopes that it was just a gasket. No luck. The pistons all look good. The one cylinder has come buildup on it so I'm assuming rings and a hone as a minimum. It's bored .015 so the cylinders are already sleeved in case it needs to go more but I doubt it.

I'm not really familiar with splitting these blocks so I'm hoping to find someone with a little knowledge locally.

I'm hoping I can pull the pistons and hone, re-ring all while leaving the powerhead. I don't have any way to pull it, or anywhere to put it if I did...
