Absolutely. But they are made to the companies specks meaning if say Orvis contracts Rio to make their line but they have certain specs, Rio can not make that line under any other name. Most the big companies have tons of technical research in what they want.
I swear this Cabela's fluoro I am using feels a lot like the Rio Fluoro.
