Nothing says you can't. Fishing allowed[
]
Watercraft with or without motors can be used. However, your watercraft must be walked or carried about 200 feet down the paved parking area to reach the water on the boat ramp.
The launching of your craft begins by walking over two 18 inch tall fence posts that are about 6 feet apart. If your watercraft can fit through the walkway, you can launch your craft.
Sounds like float tube, pontoons, kayaks, SUPs, canoes all allowed if you can carry or wheel them down. Heck of a walk for motor but could be worth it.
