Floyd Lamb closed due to dead ducks

I bet this is what killed the ducks....

Looks like all the fire retardant that was used on the Mt.Charleston Fires is causing Foam to shoot out of the sewers near Floyd Lamb. My guess would be this probably got into the water at Floyd Lamb.
