My order is marked as. Awaiting Fulfillment,[/i][/b]

This is my first order and wondering the normal time to get an order fulfilled? My normal with internet shopping, is once they have the credit card number, the purchase on executed. I am out of the country at this time, and wondering if that is part of the issue.
