No one can think that stocking Tigers Musky is without cost. Any agency that continues to stock a mud puddle time after time with the same results is not concerned with the outcome or the cost.
Determining the actual Cost of any DWR program is certainly a shell game not to be taken lightly. But any reasonable person knows there are cost associated with the stocking program.
With all the educated experts at the DWR anyone would hope that any fish would and could simply be taken by the public by any means and put to use. That is not that complicated!
