If transplanting wasn't possible, why not lift the size limit, better to have anglers take them home and utilize them in some way than let them all die and rot on the banks and in the fields don't ya think? I mean seriously have you seen Newton lately? It's a cesspool and as soon as it freezes, if it does, don't know, but if, no crystal ball, the winter kill is going to be massive on top of what has already happened. I just hate seeing game go to waste like that it pisses me off, obviously. I don't fully understand the 2 year thing seems a little much but oh well. I'll just cross my fingers and hope they plant them in cutlar and let them go nuts, I really think they would get huge out there. Lots of water, lots of food and little pressure.
