I'd say 75 percent of all descent bass I've caught the last 4 years have had bite marks. Makes me wonder if they're like wolves killing for fun. Those 1100 muskie planted were after the initial stocking. The lake got super low in 01 and completely drained 02. The dwr had crappie,gills and bass along with 1500 TM fingerlings restocked. The initial stocking was never reported. I always wondered how the perch made it back. Guess some survived in the mud. Then the 1100 more. After that a few hundred a year. When this happened before the fish cops did the same thing. Doubled the limit on everything and opened it up for the posession of one musk over 40. The fish cops would rather stroke a pen than actually take action. Won't matter anyway. It will completely be killed this winter. With less than 9 feet of water I doubt anything but perch will survive.
