To understand bass, they like structure. And jordanelle has some structure but not enough. Also they need a food source. With the recent fluctuations in water the structure and food sources have diminished. Another issue at hand is stunting. Since most bass are released and not harvested they will soon over populate and eat out their house and home. So no food no growth. They mentioned pelican last night is having that problem. Harvest more little fish the. The big ones can grow and the reservoir will bounce back.
