RAC meeting in SLC for 2014 Fishing Regs
#54
You need to learn what you are talking about first..

Other states have learned that in highly fished lakes they need a slot limit, some of the most well know waters of the country have slot limits..
Why do we in Utah need them??

First off we don't plant bass and other warm water fish..
(All of the states I talked about do)
With a slot limit you do NOT have all the little fish we do now..
All bass or fish do not grow at the same rate, Trout like the Cuts in the Berry keep on eating bugs and so they stay shorter and skinner bass can do the same but not as many..The slot will weed these fish out..
And if other states that have much better bass fishing then we do and they have slot limits.. What are we missing??Are they right or are we??
