My whining about Yuba

At the RAC the the biolgist did admit that Yuba is a difficult body of water to control due to all the outside influences. They are stocking the perch in hopes that it will help. They know their hands are tied on a lot of areas. But they are trying to manage it towards a trophy fishery to a point. At least its a start!!![cool]
