Broken pole tips

This is how I opted to mount rods to my ice sled. Just a bunch of PVC tee's and a couple elbows with threaded end fittings secured with jam nuts on the inside. I went this route because I prefer to travel with a cover and that's simply not an option with your rod holders placed on the inside of your sled. You'll also lose a lot of storage space if you mount on the inside.I pull my sled with four wheelers or snowmobiles so having a permanently mounted bungee cord to secure rods is also a must for this kind of application.
